The integral colored, light stable polyurethane of RECTICEL's COLO-FAST^® system, combined with our unique spray technology, offers the automotive industry a solution for its most demanding interior trim requirements. 

Recticel utilizes its COLO-FAST^® Spray technology to produce molded skins for interior trim panels. This robotic process uses specifically designed guns and nozzles to spray polyurethanes into an open mold heated to 65°C. 

In combination with direct backfoaming, the system provides a cost-saving approach utilizing a single material to avoid material patchwork and achieve harmonious color and surface throughout the vehicle interior (cockpit, dash, door panels, etc.)

Touch and appearance:
COLO-FAST^® Spray offers almost unlimited freedom in the application of grains, structures and colors. Additionally, two-tone parts are available, and the gloss level can be defined to your specifications. The feel of the spray skin is soft and pleasant, and it has a high quality appearance.

Design:
The COLO-FAST^® Spray technology offers both design freedom and maximum accuracy of shape. COLO-FAST^® meets all light and heat stability requirements for interior trim parts. This has been proven under the extreme conditions of the SAE J 1885 Arizona weathering. In addition, COLO-FAST^® weighs less than thermoplastic products and it is recyclable.
